I’m Cheri Holland, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion for helping people uncover the root causes of their symptoms rather than simply masking them. My approach combines traditional medical knowledge with functional and integrative medicine to help clients optimize their health, energy, and overall quality of life.
My personal health journey, combined with years of bedside nursing experience, has given me a unique understanding of how deeply nutrition, gut health, hormones, inflammation, hydration, and methylation impact the body. I believe that truly optimal health comes from taking the time to listen, understanding the whole person, and creating individualized plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
At Advanced Restorative Hydration and Wellness, I focus on a personalized, root-cause approach to wellness through advanced lab testing, functional medicine, methylation analysis, nutritional support, IV therapy, and lifestyle optimization. My goal is to educate, empower, and partner with my clients so they can take control of their health and feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether in the comfort and privacy of your home, office, hotel room, or Airbnb, we are here to provide wellness where and when it is most needed. How IV Infusion Therapy Works
- 1 Book an appointment online
- 2 Complete the medical history and consent forms that were emailed to you
- 3 A staff member will call and confirm the appointment.
- 4 One of our registered nurses will come to your preferred location to perform the IV infusion therapy.
- 5 The RN will then place an IV and begin the infusion of your choice. (The infusion will be completed in 30-45 minutes).
- 6 Once the infusion is completed the RN will remove the IV leaving you refreshed and energized.
